Main functions:

  1. Entire welded structure has been annealed/normalized.
  2. Back gauge equipped with high performance linear guide, ball screw and servo motor attached
  3. to the base of swing beam shear's structure.
  4. Back-gauge movement, cutting times, and cutting stroke are all controlled by the Swiss CYBELEC 61G system, which is produced special for shearing machines.
