This production line is mainly restricted by the gantry type automatic welding machine, because the welding speed is about 300-500 mm/min ,welding speed is basically because the fixed value, If the steel plate thickness about 10-14mm ,The annual production general about 3,000-5,000T (several other piece of equipment can be found in the annual output of about 10,000 tons). Add gantry automatic submerged arc welding machine,you may increase production.
